
Ailem Carvajal, she Is a member of the National Union of Writers and Artists of Cuba (UNEAC). She has been a teacher of Superior Institute of Art in Cuba , A. Roldán Conservatory in Havana. In 1999 she founded, the MUSICALIA Children, in Parma which is dedicated to the musical education of children and adolescents.
MUSICALIA Children, musical education project that develops through courses, workshops and shows a multidisciplinary methodology adapted to the formative growth of children and adolescents. Winner of the SPECIAL GUEST, in the international competition #faigirarelacultura 2015, raffled by Ananse Communication Suisse.

She is founder and director of Musicalia Children since 1999 to Parma (Italy) and conductor of the Children Orchestra Orff - Mus-e Parma. His catalog includes a vast repertoire of works for didactic instrumental, edited by Periferia Music (Barcelona) & Pizzicato Verlag Helvetia (Switzerland) & Sello Autor (Madrid) & Rey Rodriguez Productions (Amburgo) & RYCY Productions (Los Angeles) & (Los Angeles - USA) & Tutto Musik (Berlin) & Verso (Madrid) & Musica y Educacion Magazine (Madrid) & Parma Infanzia (Italy) & City Hall of Parma (Italy).
Her children’s cantata, Alice Cantata, was premièred in the G. Verdi di Busseto Theatre, under the direction of Yalica Jo and in 2007 her musical theatre show Dame la mano y danzaremos, dedicated to hispano-american children’s music was performed in the Juventus of Colorno Theatre. On both occasions she was invited by the “International Festival Minimondi”. In 2013, Alice was performed in Parma Lirica with the Ars Canto G. Verdi under the direction Gabriella Corsaro and 2014 and in Miami Dade County Auditorium with the Florida Chamber Orchestra conducted by Marlene Urbay and Shelton Academy Chorus conducted by Rita Rosa Ruesga and The National theater of cuba with the Diminutive chorus conducted by carmen Rosa Lopez.
MUSICALIA Children organizes its projects at nurseries, kindergartens, primary and secondary schools, libraries and all the spaces for arts education of children and teenagers. Also coordinates events and training courses for educators.
